A customized telehealth functional medicine experience with a comprehensive evaluation and personalized protocol.

I will extensively explore your case, and review all your previous medical history, diagnosis, and labs…getting to the root causes of why you feel the way that you do.

Expect lots of questions, much more than you are used to, and about all aspects of your life. During this time I will also determine if any functional medicine labs or conventional labs are needed, and if so, which ones would be best.

My integrative approach to wellness utilizes functional medicine alongside naturopathic philosophy and mind-body techniques finds the root cause behind your health problems.

This is a very custom experience and can include many modalities and care régimes that are in alignment with my philosophy of medicine and the therapeutic order.

Your Personalized Protocol

I don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach to medicine. I don’t practice “fast” medicine. I think it’s impossible to create an effective protocol with a quick thirty minute appointment. My first appointments go for an hour and a half, and we will utilize that entire time because we have a lot to cover. At the end, your custom protocol will be as unique as you are, supporting you exactly where you need it.

Let’s discuss some important things before we get started…

The medicine I practice and the care that I give are not bound to one location but provided anywhere it is needed around the globe. I do not believe in the confines of a permanent space. It has been proven that energy and intention can be felt almost instantaneously, despite a physical presence in one area… and that is exactly how I practice medicine today.
I’m licensed in the states of Washington, Montana, and California and can offer a full range of services, including diagnosis codes for your insurance, upon request.
If you happen to be living in another state, don’t worry… I will be working with you as your educational/investigative health consultant. I can still offer you the same in-depth exploration & root-cause clinical evaluations, order specialty labs tests, recommend custom protocols, and we can get to the root cause together.
*Outside of my licensed states, I do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications (and my goal is always to only prescribe when needed according to the therapeutic order) or order imaging (like MRI’s, CT’s, and X-rays). If there is a situation in which I feel that you need imaging or prescription medications, I will provide recommendations and if available, I will refer within my network.
We will be working 100% virtually through a highly personalized telehealth experience, we have the technology that can make the whole process seamless, even if you have never used telemedicine before.
As an additional option and cost, I offer a broad variety of diagnostic tests to determine the most in-depth data around the root causes of your health issues. These diagnostic labs range from blood tests, hormone, genetic tests, medication check tests, and gut health tests, mold and environmental factor tests, and more.
I will help coordinate your tests, whether it is blood testing done at your local lab, convenient at-home mail-in testing, or a combination of both. Once completed, I will receive and evaluate the results and review and share all data with you. Based on these results and findings, we will create a customized plan for you.
As an additional option, I offer a full spectrum of clinical-grade supplements to my patients and clients that they can easily order online after our completed visits. I will customize and adjust each patient’s personalized supplement protocols based on results that the patient sees with each supplement suggested. Each patient has the ability to choose which supplements they want to move forward with based on their own budget. Supplements, vitamins, nutraceuticals, and botanical products are an additional cost in addition to the recommendations given during a consult or care plan.
I do not work with insurance companies for too many reasons to list. In the states of Washington, California, and Montana I can offer diagnosis codes for you to send in yourself.
