We charge 50% of the price of your appointment when scheduling. After your visit, we will charge your card on file for the remaining cost of the visit. This pertains to the Standard and Comprehensive packages and the follow up visits.

The Wholistic Plan and the Membership can be paid in monthly installments.

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge within 48 hours of the scheduled time as we understand that emergencies come up.

For reschedules made less than 48 hours from the appointment time, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

For no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Dr. Burklund and her staff wish they could be more flexible with scheduling and absorb the cost of last-minute cancellations or no shows but that time has been set aside just for you.  It would be difficult and time consuming to schedule another patient in such as short timeframe. Consequently, without this policy, it would be impossible to stay in business.
