Q
What is your role in my healthcare?
A
My role is to provide adjunctive care, to help you find the root cause of your illness, to offer an in-depth review, and to create a customized protocol. I’m able to offer you an entirely new perspective to your health conditions, I provide a comprehensive medical review of your entire history; something that most doctors don’t have time to do if they are also managing day-to-day health complaints. I work as part of your entire healthcare team rather than your sole physician. Although I’m licensed as a primary care physician, that is not the position I will hold in your healthcare team. I believe that you should have local in-person physician available 24-7 if needed in addition to my services for the most comprehensive approach.
Q
Are you HIPAA compliant?
A
Your privacy is protected and is the upmost importance. All healthcare platforms used are HIPAA compliant (scheduling software, EHR, phone/fax, virtual visits, medical records submission).
Q
Do you take insurance?
A
No, I do not take insurance. I do provide superbills and diagnosis codes to patients in my licensed states which include WA, MT, and CA upon request but each insurance company is different and there’s no guarantee it will be reimbursed.
Q
Do you work with children?
A
I typically do not work with children under the age of 18 but I often refer to local like-minded physicians.
Q
Do you work with cancer patients?
A
I work with cancer patients on a case-by-case basis alongside their oncologist.
Q
What is your average response time to an email/call?
A
My team or myself will typically respond to an email/call within 48 hours. If you’re part of the Membership Program, you can expect a response within 24 hours through our special phone line and privileged access. Of course, if you are experiencing an emergency or have urgent needs please visit your local urgent care facility or hospital in a timely manner for a detailed evaluation.
